Rates are competitive and average $18 to $30 per foot.
Vessel type, age, location, brokerage type, sea trial duration all effect rates.
Minimum daily charge: $500
Oil sample and Laboratory analysis, $50 per sample.
Diagnostic engine scans, select engines only, $75.00 per scan

Consulting

$125.00 per hour for phone consultation. 1 hour minimum, the remaining time billed in 10th of an hour increments.
In person/on site consultations, $125.00 per hour, $500.00 minimum daily charge.
Special arraignments can be made for long term project oversight.

Depositions and Expert Witness testimony. $250.00 per hour. $1000.00 minimum daily charge. 56 cents per mile if outside of Lee County Florida.
All pre/post deposition related research time, report writing, administrative time: $125.00 per hour, billed in 10th of an hour increments.
Courtroom Testimony: $1500.00 per day. All related expenses (Parking, tolls) billed at cost.
Vessel inspections for all legal purposes other than basic appraisals, (IE Accidents, Civil, Bodily Harm, Loss of life) $175.00 per hour, portal to portal. $1000.00 minimum daily charge. 56 cents per mile outside of Lee County FL.
All travel related expenses (IE lodging, airfare, tolls) will be billed at cost plus 15%.
All general phone consultation and general technical questions billed at $125.00 per hour, 1 hour minimum.
